We are not an out of town Vacation Reservation Agency who has never stepped foot on the property or in the unit. We know details of each & every one of our properties because we have been in each unit countless times for inspections we perform on the day of every rental arrival.
We are not an out of town Private Owner, unavailable during an emergency.
We can respond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to any unfortunate emergency that may arise during your stay because our office is within 1 to 5 miles of our entire inventory of homes & condos.
